Single Walled Carbon Nanotubes
Purity: > 96%, Dia: 1.0 nm
Single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs, SWNTs) comprise of one-atom-thick sheets of graphene that rolled up to form long hollow tubes. SWCNTs possess exceptional thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. These remarkable properties lead to advances in performance in a wide range of materials and devices. Single-walled carbon nanotubes are actively used in diverse area including energy storage, molecular electronics, nanomechanial devices, composites and bio-sensing. Our Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes compete on price and performance with counterparts.

Applications:
The product was produced by decomposing methane over Co-based catalyst. Then it was intorduced to deep air oxidation.
The product almost does not contain amorphous carbon. The ignition temperature is high, 610~620?C. It can be used to prepare conductive and transparent films. The SWCNTs-based Transparent conductive films have transparency of more than 80% and resistance of less than 200 ohm/sq. This product is considered the best material for the manufacturing of CNT-based
Transparent Conductive Films for touch screens, flat panel displays, thin-film solar industries, and OLED.
