Cadmium Selenide Quantum Dots (CdSe/ZnS QD) 460 nm
Cadmium Selenide Quantum Dots are semiconductor particles sized less than 20 nm. Emission from cadmium selenide quantum dots can be tuned across the visible range from 460 nm to 645 nm wavelenghts. CdSe QDs have high luminescence and good quantum yield.
Due to their photoluminescence and electroluminescence properties CdSe QDs have numerous fields of applications. CdSe Quantum Dots are used in;
